CANCELLATION POLICY

No charge if cancelled 24 hours or more before your appointment.

Full appointment fee will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

We accept Aviva, AXA/PPP, Bupa, Beneden, Cigna, H3, PuHealth/ Vitality, WPA and Westfield private health insurance. Please arrange suitable authorisation from your health care provider prior to booking. Please indicate in the “extra info” box on the booking form if you are using Private Healthcare, along with providing you Authorisation code and Membership number.

*Please note Simon does not accept Private Health Insurance clients.
